Pros
Trainers are very friendly and offer great expertise and advice on topics during training. My course mates were also very friendly and I could get along well with them. You are also supported every step of the way. I felt challenged when on my course and I was very engaged and interested with everything we learnt. The course material was very comprehensive and went from the basics of the programming language we specialised in (for me it was C#) to advanced topics such as deisgn methodologies. I took the C# developer course with added SDET upskilling and I can say that both were excellent. After my training, I ended up working for one of our clients on my Sparta Consultant placement as a Test Engineer which I thoroughly enjoyed and after just 1 year at my placement I am converting over to the client in a permanant position! Sparta Global has given me the opportunity to get into the tech industry at a pace I didn't think was possible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into the tech industry to give Sparta a go!
Cons
The course/training is very comprehensive but it is condensed down into a 8-week course that can at times be difficult to keep up with and often meant we worked over our normal working hours. I didn't mind personally as I was enjoying the work and we got paid for the training but it might be a bit too much for some.
