Pros
It's so refreshing to work somewhere that everyone genuinely cares about the mission and what we do to improve the lives of students through learning, as well as enabling teachers to make even more impact in their role, freeing up some of their admin time to focus on the students and teaching. Everyone at Sparx is really friendly and welcoming. Nowhere is a perfect workplace, although Sparx is up there but I'm shocked by some of these reviews as they don't represent how I feel having worked in the company for over 5 years. When I talk about my work to friends, they all want to come & work for Sparx, so they must be doing something right!
Cons
We have a great set of perks at Sparx but they are very focused on what our office building provides, would be great to have some perks which apply to all with a remote team.
