The recruitment process, led by the HR manager, was slightly lengthy, four-step journey that included a written task, a presentation, and a series of discussions with the director and another member of staff. Half virtually, half at their HQ in person.

Assessment day split into 2 individual tasks that test your ability to solve maths problems up to GCSE level, an interview focused on one of the tasks and a more traditional HR interview, followed by a small group activity.
