      Pros

      Culture to grow and develop professionally including a significant PD budget Great co-workers who genuinely care Driving impact for millions of students and making a real difference Growing fast so opportunities to innovate Fantastic office, perks and place to work Superb CEO who deeply cares about making a difference the lives of young people.

      Cons

      As the company grows they are catching up on clarity around various policies. They are 'policy light' but this is gradually changing and where policy is needed it's being clarified. I would say mindset is diverse but this is not always represented in the range of people working for the company, largely due to location in the south west. I am sure that the inclusive nature of the company and the people would welcome any backgrounds.
