Poor management: Shift supervisors lack experience and people skills, upper management micromanages everything. Once upon a time had a free cafeteria, due to money issues this was revoked. In the end the doors closed and moved operations to Texas under new ownership. Overall not the worst place to work, but no where near the best either.
