      Clean facility Pretty good pay Not much more, maybe a few nice folks I work with

      Never been at a company with such an inexperienced CEO. He puts on a nice front but he bows down to the investment leader at Factory and turns out they are all two faced and don’t know what they are doing. The way they fire people left and right and the way people quit left and right. The technology is there but the execution is awful. This will not succeed with Mike leading the team and being a pet to Rich and the factory team. I’m embarrassed to say I work here and looking to get out.

      this place is a complete disaster and waste of time

      Cons

      seriously low quality standards for a product marketed towards children. I personally filed complaints with the f.d.a that resulted in major fines. This place is absolutely disgusting and all food contact services are dirty and never sanitized. I watched an entire days work of production become littered with plastic foreign material from the scales, I put the entire day on hold and got "yelled" at for it lol what a joke

      New facility Clean environment for most part Competitive pay close to the highway 22 for easy commute from Easton or other areas

      Cons

      CEO is young and inexperienced Product is not healthy and quality is not that great Not a lot of attention paid to employees - just get the work done New facility but the equipment might as well be 100 years old, breaks down all the time Long hours and not worth the effort - losing battle every day Bad culture, all about money - they want to sell the business once they pump it up
