      Because it was a startup there wasn't a lot of marketing support, so we all had to wear many hats, not necessarily a bad thing, though

      Decent Pay and Benefits, always opportunities for employees to apply for other positions, fairly consistent schedule, production floor and equipment is cleaned well

      Cons

      Poor management: Shift supervisors lack experience and people skills, upper management micromanages everything. Once upon a time had a free cafeteria, due to money issues this was revoked. In the end the doors closed and moved operations to Texas under new ownership. Overall not the worst place to work, but no where near the best either.
