Pros
easy commissioned sales environment (once you take the time to learn suiting.) great job for those in or just out of college. the business is steadily growing so there are always customers and even a waitlist - when it’s busy you’ll never be without a customer. flexible scheduling - managers here are accommodating of time off and days off/schedule preferences. training has also become much more structured in recent years.
Cons
the potential for pay is low! i was the top salesman there for 6 years. i even ranked #6 in global sales one year. i still only ever made up to 89K, average being 50-70K. you can sell your butt off and it will still be mediocre earnings. my advice is to apply if you’re young and need to start somewhere, but don’t transition here if you’re already in a well-paying sales role.
