Pros

The program offered is good and the benefits. That’s it lol

Cons

Base pay is low, the store you go to in this region isn’t opportunity driven. Some workers are biased and get sent to different retail stores. It’s not a store rather you’re sent all over to different store and basically make something out of nothing. If you’re not at a good store then it’s difficult to make money. I can talk to people but we basically got no training and were thrown into the fire with the only the strong survive ideology. Commissions reset every month as you start from a low commission rate then you jump up to another amount after getting a certain amount of sales. Not feasible

Pros

There’s a clear sense of purpose in the product, since it connects directly to lowering energy costs and cleaner power in California. When conversations go well, you can see people move from uncertainty to interest pretty quickly, which makes the work feel meaningful in short bursts. The retail environment also builds strong communication skills fast.

Cons

The pace can be repetitive, with similar objections and explanations throughout the day, and performance is closely tied to metrics. Some days feel more like managing skepticism than having new conversations, which can be draining over time.
