Pros

They're real, the money is real. Can easily game the system.

Cons

Job is so volatile you may not be employed the next day and not find out until 20mins before they fire you. They let go staff that was there for over 5 years without even giving them the option to take a pay cut, move to a lower tier position, or any resolution. They are all being replaced with $10 no-experience necessary kids to answer comcast's phones. They fired everyone two days before their health benefits went live too for the year, and 1 week after the deadline for obamacare. Leaving hundreds screwed.

Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
