      Pros

      Loving the brand itself, being a customer myself and I would love to be a part of Swarovski, however…

      Cons

      Swarovski Edinburgh keep on reposting job position on all job search platforms. It took me time to fill in the application form, submit Motivational letter, just to receive an automated Workday no- reply email that position no longer exists, and I find it advertised again same day on LinkedIn and Reed.

      Pros

      The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

      Cons

      Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
