Pros

Remuneration is at market rate. Big name on CV. Great office location in the city.

Cons

You will be under utilised, under appreciated. Culture of exclusive behaviour, whispering, gossiping, blaming others. A toxic environment. Minimal professionalism. No clear career progression, all talk but promises of work never eventuated. Minimal induction/orientation process. For example, no office tour or introductions made, Fire and Safety was non-existent. There was no initial induction but still had to do an online test (and pass) on what to do in the event of a fire in the building, where the first aid kit was located, fire exits... I just had to guess at the answers. HR manager never in the office.

Pros

In store staff discount which makes their products considerably cheaper so great if you like their style but otherwise no great pros to working here

Cons

Very rude management, awful work life balance, high staff turnover, projects which are continuously changed but with no real steer or direction.

Pros

Good staff discount that's it.

Cons

This company has been in steady decline for years and is getting to rock bottom. Introduced a payroll system that expects all staff to be fully flexible. So don't go there if you have kids, another job, a LIFE. Lots of amazing people have been either lost, made redundant or demoted thanks to a tirade of shop closures, concession closures and role redundancies. People who have worked here for many years have been treated abhorrently. The people who continue to cling to some sense that they are safe, well, good luck with that. Made to feel Like nothing but a number. Be interesting to see where this company is in 5 years time, at least in the UK. Terrible area management and terrible head office that was moved at the expense of a lot of very long standing employees jobs. If you want to have a life outside of work then avoid like Ebola.
