Not a good company at all - Anonymous employee Swatch Group Employee Review

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. The salary is low for an international company, people are not happy since treated badly in many of its companies. Also, working hard doesn't pay at all since it's only about being "friends" with the "right" people. There are too many incompetent people in the Swatch Group which is absolutely sad.
