Free Tea and Coffee and clean staff Toilets.................yep thats it oh and if you did make it passed 6 months you could choose one of their cheap and nasty Swatch watches to wear to work for free (providing it wasn't more than £80)

Cons

Management don't give support, in house them and us culture between different teams, unpaid overtime constantly expected. little to no training given. no career progression

Had a good team to start who were friendly and reliable. Manager was always willing to help

Cons

The team changed and inadequate people with no skills were brought in Everyone is only looking out for themselves HR and management were clueless Pay was poor They took advantage as the work load became outrageous

Ok pay and people that you work with in store. Only use as a stepping stone by using name to add to cv.

Cons

Managment is a joke. Treat staff like kids. 0 support given and nobody has a clue what they doing. Possible lack of communication among higher ups?!?! No training given. Had to self train. Bonus?!?!...lol gl with that one. Company also dosnt promote people from within. If you wanna make a career then this is NOT the right place.
