Pros
Salary was exactly the way it was agreed upon. Payment always on time. You get paid for holidays and Sundays.
Cons
The work hours far exceeded the agreed upon 8 hours, with 0 overtime pay, your shift started ~2 hours before the first flight landed and ended shortly after the last flight of the day successfully took off, resulting in 12+ (up to 16 on days with a lot of flights) hour work days regularly. You were , technically , free to leave work in between flights but since you had to be there beforehand, you almost never get to use that "privilege". You work 5 times a week but you don't get to do anything outside of work those 5 days. (For context we were a smaller airport, everything i said applies to that airport only since i cant know how they operate beyond that)
