There really aren't any pros to working for this company bar having a job

Thank you for your comments. We have an active project looking at "Rest Areas" for employees and set aside budget to make improvements on this matter.
We are also investing heavily in Management Performance enhancing training and coaching including Active Supervision and Active Leadership courses.
I will pass these comments on to the senior management at NCL and have them look at ways to improve the local management cover outwith the Monday - Friday 9-5 times. We are a company who pride the fact that we are available to our customers and colleagues 24/7. thanks again for the constructive comments

Learned a lot as an aircraft fueler, my manager at the time recognized my hard work and offered me a lead position. there was plenty of overtime and opportunities to explore different aspects of aircraft fueling. If I could I would definitely return to the company and get into management.
Cons
some employees I worked with made most of my shifts harder than they had to be. the job itself was easy and enjoyable for the time being even with call offs and no shows.
