      Benefits, and 401k match are good.

      Cons

      Too many middle managers, internal promotion is nonexistent and no work/life balance. I would not recommend.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
