Syngenta has made great improvements in the last 2 years. More focus on people and building a winning culture, back to feeling like a "family".
Cons
Challenging Industry conditions put pressure on teams to perform and on the bottom line. Cost savings have been challenging, but feel like they are helping to get us better positioned for the future.
