No way up - Customer Service Representative Syngenta Employee Review

Working hours were changed without warning. No ability to move up within the organisation or try different positions. There was no trust in workers to complete tasks. No flexibility around WFH. Pay was low and payrise rejected. Management made decisions which didn't make sense and were non negotiable. High staff turnover in lower positions. Morale very low.
