Technical staff is good and the communication of ideas between people is better
Cons
Worked in Synopsys for many years. Extreme bureaucracy! Compensation and career grows at the slowest compared to competitors. Lots of works but no growth. The management promises people both pay increases and career growth to get Job done. Once Job gets done you are given an excuse. The HR plays along or is the main player in driving this.
