They have got it wrong on multiple fronts in the UK office. The sales teams are run by a bunch of unprofessional kids who could not have got to where they are had they been working anywhere else. The politics is sickening – it’s all about blaming each other and brown nosing. The office environment is like a noisy call center. There is no work life balance – vacation is considered a favour that employees “don’t deserve”. And what are lunch breaks? The American managers are clueless, arrogant and detached. And now with the Synopsys acquisition, in the foreseeable future, a lot of people will leave.

So a bad review comes up on glass door: Option 1: fix the issues suffocating people Option 2: start a witch hunt and play the usual blame game. Even easier to blame it on the people who left rather than fix anything. And yes of course write half a dozen fake reviews to make the page and place look good. All because someone wants to show the US management and Synopsys that it's all under control. Thank heavens that Synopsys HR woke up and visited us recently and Have started investigating wrong doings, will hopefully improve our lives.
