      Pros

      Comfortable with great work life balance.

      Cons

      Stubborn RnD and BU who were unaccepting of new methodologies to the point where fighting them to change / provide fixes was more a chore. One is better off scripting a solution rather than relying on RnD. Politics running rampant as they are losing the battle to Cadence and are in constant lookout for scapegoats.

      Leadership is composed of long time employees who are not up to date with current times. Many broken processes Poor planning with acquisition of Ansys Retention efforts of key Ansys team members very poor
