      Pros

      Company has good resources for learning. Technically the work is very good. Managers provide timing flexibility. Base salaries are competitive to other companies.

      Cons

      Stock options are not competitive. Work load may be alot during the product release (depends on job function).

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
