Pros
It is #1 in EDA industry now and seems expanding its market-share at the expense of Cadence and Magma. EDA is pretty small, so either work for the big guy or go to some small start-ups. Right now big guy is Synopsys.
Cons
Politics always for big company. Unless you are in the circle of a small core group or someone higher level supports you, it is hard to get recognition. Job can be pretty boring as well.
