      Pros

      A good place to learn. Lots of access to training. Work is interesting but primarily depends on what product your working on. Great benefits

      Cons

      Growth is slow. Work pressure is low but the amount of work is sufficient to keep occupied all through the day. Very conservative across the board.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
