      Good salary. You have time for your activities. You see a lot of people.

      There no place to promote in Israel. Sometimes you are working with tight customer and you have no back from management

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
