Management is absolutely clueless. The higher you go the more clueless they are.
There is no product, and nobody has a clue of how to build one.
Huge waste of investor money.
There's real work for real developers because there is no product to write.
Senior developers are given some BS tasks and they cannot do their job for BS reasons.
The web GUI team rules the thing and impose their BS on everybody else.
Horrible choice of languages tools etc.
Senior developers are changing faster than socks for all the above reasons. Same for manager and senior leadership - none of them are able to provide. They all came for the line in the resume and not because they know something, or have a vision
If you're senior - avoid. Don't fall for their amazing sales point. They don't have, and will never have any real impact.
