Compensation is very good compared to others in the industry. Account managers seem to value you as an employee. 401(k) plan offered to hourly consultants. Minimal "paperwork" required for consultants to report their time and billing. Consultants paid weekly less than one week after turning in time sheets. Medical, dental, life and other benefits are offered. Hourly consultants are paid W-2, alleviating the need to self-incorporate.
Cons
Not much opportunity to grow or expand into new technologies. Compensation stays flat during your contract term. Medical benefits are expensive for hourly consultants. It's often better to find your own benefits. No opportunity to be paiid as an independent consultant for those who are already incorporated.
