The Sub Contractor Employment Contracts which make up the majority of this companies tech placements are extremely risky. They ask you to Indemnify them, which means you cover there legal fees if there is a dispute. Even failure to complete a job can trigger indemnification and you being on the hook for $500 an hour lawyers. I would be very careful working with TekSystems as they have a large amount of litigation, even sueing ex employees over Non Competes.
