Pros
Great young colleagues with similar goals that help each other to become successful. There is a lot of room for growth within this organization and the training is outstanding if you are just breaking into the industry fresh out of college.
Cons
There is no work life balance with 60-hour work weeks and initially the salary was very low. If you work hard and are able to stick it out with doing nothing but working and making little money after about a year or so it will start to pay off. Be VERY CAREFUL when you leave though because one part of their business model is to go after anyone that leaves and starts working for a new company claiming that they are violating their non-compete (even if they aren't even in the same industry). You're either with TEK or against them in my experience as I left on great terms and still experienced this issue.
