Perkit up points and incentive

Cons

They'd find a way to disqualify you from incentive.. co-workers are often envious of new guys making more sales than them. They'd make an effort to go through all your chats and find an error within. Take a screenshot and share it on the entire process floor.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
