Pros

Team Leads try but the culture at Teletech does not favor employees. Pretty good benefits. Low pay for the responsibility.

Cons

This company does not care about employees. Worked in USAA unit on fraud and account takeover. They trained us and then moved us to another discipline. Training was a circus with little discipline in class. Lousy sick pay allowances. The company clearly worships money at the expense of employees.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
