      The benefits you get are very good. The company's values are taken seriously and promote a nice and warm environment.

      Cons

      Salaries have been the same since the company started. Everyone is disposable, talent is not appreciated, you can get fired at anytime.

On the contrary, we value our employees very much. TeleTech has been known to retain and promote talent from within, instead of hiring new ones.       Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
