      Pros

      Work from home option is great for those that have driving in traffic. Extensive training is offered.

      Cons

      Too much script-reading. Team leads NEVER respond to emails. Very little pay. QA number are everything

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
