      Pros

      Everyday brings something new. Horizon to learn and develop is beyond someone can imagine....it is like a soccer field where you can run in any direction as long as you hit the goal.

      Cons

      Very thin spread. If you like structure, pre-planned, everyone knows what they are doing and need to deliver....don't come here. It drives people crazy

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
