      Pros

      I had worked at TTEC for more than a year, there are a couple of good leaders who stand up for you when required and a good culture of people to work with.

      Cons

      there are so many: 1. Never likes to be asked questions 2. Hire and fire basis 3. No proper reporting to gauge actual metrics 4. Promises but does not deliver 5. Poor pay structure for the work given 6. Some of the upper management people do not know what they are doing

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
