Pros

Conveniently located in Springfield not too far from one of the main roads

Cons

The bedbug situation three years ago was terrible. I had to seek medical attention due to the fact that I had an allergic reaction to whatever they had sprayed to try to control it and they stated that they had used the most hypoallergenic product available and that it was impossible that I could have reacted to it. I tried filing a claim three times and it was denied all three times. In terms of cases of workplace bullying, nothing is done. Chairs at assigned seats would go missing before the person assigned to it would arrive and I was chased away from my locker on my break by a team lead at the behest of another employee. It got to the point that I was afraid to take my breaks for months without a manager present. Multiple reports yielded no results and I have witnessed people getting yelled at by coworkers for daring to give someone a compliment. They CLAIM to offer assistance with mental health and counseling, but when asked for the information it was not provided and when W-2 forms do not arrive in the mail but are reported to management they do not provide another copy nor do they give the information how to retrieve it in a timely fashion. As for how they have handled the pandemic, it has been utterly laughable. First a notice went out in late March, early April stating that they would begin taking temperatures at the door, and it took them until the start of June to begin doing so. They have also placed a policy of unless you are at your desk or eating, you have to wear a mask in the building but this rule is in no way enforced, just today I saw a team lead wearing a mask as a chin guard with neither the nose nor mouth covered. I also saw someone wearing a camisole as a mask, not made from the camisole, but the actual top hanging from their ears over their face and people wandering the building with no masks whatsoever. How they have handled scheduling has been utterly ridiculous in this time as well. At the end of April they started closing the site on weekends and shifted schedules of those who worked weekends to work the days off they previously had during the week to make up for Saturdays and Sundays, but nothing was ever reflected in the scheduling systems and those who felt the impact of this have lost out on their performance pay due to the fact that it is given ONLY if the reliability is high enough. We also have not been able to schedule those days as paid time off because the system says something to the effect of "paid time off can not be used to extend the schedule." When a team lead was approached about this matter the response was "I will put in a ticket and you will be able to request them off if the schedule is changed." It has been three months and NOTHING has been changed.`

Pros

The opportunity to work remote is the only pro.

Cons

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important to share for others considering employment. The company suffers from major disorganization and a lack of consistent policies. Expectations frequently changed without clear communication, making it nearly impossible to feel confident in your performance or job security. Metrics were unrealistic and difficult to achieve, especially given how understaffed the team was. Instead of addressing staffing issues, the pressure was pushed onto employees. Compensation does not match the workload or expectations. Employees are underpaid for the level of performance demanded, and benefits are disappointing. One of the biggest concerns is that earned PTO, vacation time, and sick time are not paid out, which feels unfair and misleading. Management practices were also questionable. Employees were required to be on camera, which felt excessive and unnecessary for the type of work being performed. Overall, there was a lack of trust and professionalism in how employees were treated. This role could have been much better with proper organization, fair policies, and realistic expectations, but unfortunately, it fell far short.
