Recruiters do not give correct information about schedules or job description from the start. Seems they are just trying to meet numbers. The current employees in a lead role complain about their job, how stretched thin they are and about other departments and employees. There is constantly something going wrong with scheduling, the internal systems, phones, communication, etc. Its hard to tell who is who in the chain of command. Reminds me of high school culture. The low pay reflects how they feel and treat the employees. You are a number at best. And thats just the start. Employees drop like flies for good reason.
