      Pros

      The leadership staff in L&D is stupendous. They care for employees' professional development and encourage maintaining a good work/life balance. This department is growing quickly but still feels like a small work-family environment. This global company provides experiences working with different cultures, allowing for growth beyond computer skills.

      Cons

      The company benefits could be better, and the pay is below industry standards.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
