      Pros

      Lots of very smart people, lots of challenging projects. You will learn a lot. If you like travel, you can really rack up points/miles.

      Cons

      Corportatizing by TeleTech is overwriting the eLoyalty culture. Quickly loosing the eLoyalty identity and part of the TeleTech family and imposition policies that do not reflect the needs of individuals who travel weekly.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
