Pros

The building itself has a strategic location with lots of facilities and benefits. The culture is great and no toxic agents, TLs, OMs, which is probably why the employees stay longer in the company. You can see that there is growth in the company especially when you of course excel in your LOB, meaning showing up at work on time and at least meeting your stats. Low basic but they've got premiums to make reach higher salary than minimum wage and other contact centers salary. Great food choices at the pantry, if you work M-F, there are plenty of options to choose from. There is an atm in the floor where the company is located.

Cons

Their health insurance only can be used in clinics and if hospitals, there will be Co pays. As mentioned in the title, basic is quite low for call center agents who are tenured in the business
