Taco Bell use to be a great place to work. Now things change as the wind blows. Every layer of local management is receiving the ultimatum.....'do better or we have three people to take your placeâ?. The company is only offering store level management a hit or miss type raise. If you hit the target at your end of year performance appraisal you get a meager $800 raise. Starting salaries have also became pathetic. Taco Bell would appear to be hiring for quantity and not for quality, Raises and salaries for hourly employees are also a joke.
