Pros
Lots of fun things happen around holidays and team building. Great facility with gym, gym instructors that teach classes, babysitting onsite, haircuts etc...
Cons
Lots of favoritism, especially in the food innovation team. Its run by all women, them balance of power needs to be restored. The women are all friends and protect each other. No one will climb the latter until all the women are cycled through and that can take a decade or more. It's too bad because people are not qualified in positions they've been given
