Pros
-You can be part of a magnificent repertour of clients that TCS has -Treatment with co workers is mostly friendly and rarely formal, even with superiors. -I consider their reward system based on "gems" that can later be redeemed to money is easy to redeem.
Cons
-They don't really seem to care much about employees growth. As long as you keep in your same position or role with the same wage, it's ok for them. -Free Certifications are also offered by TCS global but they don't seem really worried to involve employees into those - Mandatory in office work
