      Great scope for learning new skills. If your project team and manager is good you will have an easy life. You can increase your salary after giving Wings exams.

      Cons

      Less % salary hike, most folks get about 5-6% hike even if they get an A band. Work life balance is good only if you get a nice project/client.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
