Pros
I honestly can't think of a thing? You're not really ever told when you're hired that you're going to be contracted out to another company and when that contract ends, they will pay so much bench time, but don't expect them to have another role for you unless you're willing to relocate to a city half way across the country.
Cons
It didn't take long to discover that the only reason we were hired was to meet a quota that TSC had with the State of Ohio in getting a tax credit. In other words, they had to hire so many Americans or else loose it. Yet for every 1 American, there were a dozen H1Bs. We also were told by HR that we should not expect raises because management felt it was already over paying us, despite the fact that we were making around $40,000 less than what other PMs in similar positions were making.
