Pros
Good policy for saving tax almost all data availalbe online provide help and also have extra activities like tcs maitree Tata consultancy services has good library facility.It is there in every tata office. The books are good and have wide range of topics covered. Overall the admin department is good. Canteen facility is OK and there is very less subsidy for food items.
Cons
No growth no proper mentoring People are not allowed to projects and the commitment to change there project after the specified period is not honored. There is no proper ownership and the higher management don't take employees seriously.Verbal promises are not honored. It is very important to get good projects . as it will determine your growth in TCS
