Nil in technical but good at buttering their superiors - No respect to individuals even though they are more experienced. - Seniors would give suggestions during review(s) but never ever work in real life - Freshers and entry level <3 years employees are putting maximum efforts for project execution and all their credits are taken by PL's/PM's without any value addition (Except conducting meetings with client)
