      No one. There is an additional 30 days leave without payment after 1 year of contract but I don't think it really happens.

      Cons

      Paranoic environment, no flexibility, your computer barely work, an email where you can't attach anything, nothing personal can be done during work time, excessive demand for formation.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
