      - Ethical Company. - Tata brand name is valued in India. - Biggest Indian software company. - Work life balance can be maintained. Has quite less work pressure. - One of the first India company to implement related quality and other processes, good place to learn those. - Frequent overseas opportunities.

      - Less career growth possibilites. Has less say in choosing projects you like. - Work role are not defined. - Has experience based promotion cycle. Expertise not valued. - Less than average salary. - Promotion process is not transperent.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
